By downloading or using Peptia (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The App is a personal research and education utility
Peptia is intended for personal record-keeping, education, and self-research. It is not a medical device, not a clinical service, and not a source of medical advice.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. The App does not endorse, recommend, supply, or facilitate the purchase of any substance. Always consult a licensed physician before making any health, supplement, or treatment decision.
3. No endorsement of substances
The App contains no pre-loaded compounds. You alone choose what to add and record. Peptia takes no position on the safety, legality, efficacy, or appropriateness of any substance you may enter into the App.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Reconstitution math, schedules, reminders, and any other outputs of the App are mathematical computations or organizational utilities — they are not recommendations. Use of the App is at your own risk.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
